1. About these terms
The VRC Mobility website and services are operated by M/S Vinay Shukla, a proprietorship (GSTIN 09CPHPS1508H1ZQ) at BELAIURI, WEST, RAMGARH, Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh — 231213. By accessing the site, submitting an enquiry, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Our service
VRC Mobility provides commercial road-freight and truck-booking services, connecting shippers with verified fleet partners for on-demand freight, dedicated fleets and related logistics. We facilitate matching, dispatch, tracking and settlement. Some features are being rolled out progressively; availability, coverage and capacity vary by lane and are confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Bookings, quotes and estimates
- Prices shown on the site (per-km rates and estimates) are indicative. The final freight price is confirmed in a quote before you book.
- A booking is confirmed only once we accept it and provide a confirmation. We may decline or cancel a booking where capacity is unavailable, details are inaccurate, or the cargo is prohibited.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop details, cargo description, weight and any regulatory documents (e.g. e-way bill) required for the movement.
4. Prohibited and restricted goods
You must not book the transport of goods that are illegal, hazardous without proper declaration and permits, or prohibited under Indian law. We may refuse or stop a shipment that breaches this clause, and you remain responsible for any resulting costs or penalties.
5. Fleet partners
Truck owners and aggregators who attach vehicles agree to provide valid RC, KYC and driver documents, to carry loads professionally and lawfully, and to the settlement terms agreed for each trip. Fleet partners operate as independent contractors, not employees of VRC Mobility.
6. Payments, GST and TDS
- Payments are collected via approved methods (for example UPI, cards, net banking via a payment gateway) or on agreed corporate credit terms.
- A GST tax invoice is issued for completed services in line with applicable rates.
- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194C is applied to fleet-partner payouts where applicable.

7. Liability
We take reasonable care to provide a reliable service, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the freight charges for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Claims relating to cargo loss or damage are handled per the agreed booking terms and applicable carriage law.
8. Intellectual property
The VRC Mobility name, logo, site content and software are owned by or licensed to M/S Vinay Shukla. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any grievance-redressal process, the courts at Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction. Please raise concerns first with our Grievance Officer via our Grievance Redressal page.
