Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint about our service, your booking, a payment, or how we handle your personal data, this page explains how to reach our Grievance Officer and what happens next.

1. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable consumer-protection rules, VRC Mobility (M/S Vinay Shukla) has appointed a Grievance Officer:

2. What you can raise

  • Service issues with a booking, pickup, transit or delivery.
  • Billing, payment, refund or cancellation concerns.
  • Fleet-partner settlement queries.
  • Data-protection requests or complaints (access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent under the DPDP Act).

3. How to raise a grievance

  1. Email grievance@vrcmobility.in (or call / WhatsApp us) with your booking reference and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Include any supporting details or documents (photos, invoice number, dates) so we can investigate quickly.
  3. You will receive an acknowledgement with a reference for your complaint.

4. Our response commitment

We acknowledge grievances promptly — ordinarily within 48 hours — and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt. Where an issue needs more time (for example, a cargo investigation), we will keep you informed of the status and expected timeline.

5. If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the appropriate authority under Indian law — for data-protection matters, the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act; for consumer matters, the relevant consumer forum. Related policies: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation.
